Iron Pine MCP — contractor marketing tools for AI agents.

The first Model Context Protocol server in the home services marketing space. Connect Claude Desktop, the Anthropic SDK, or any MCP-compatible AI agent to Iron Pine's KC benchmark data, GBP scoring, and the 'will it pay back?' calculator — directly inside the AI chat surface.

Add to your Claude Desktop config.

Edit your claude_desktop_config.json (Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/; Windows: %APPDATA%/Claude/) and add:

Restart Claude Desktop. Type "show me what iron pine tools you have" — Claude will list them.

  • get_kc_benchmark

    Pull KC home services marketing benchmarks by category — cost per lead, Map Pack difficulty, GBP performance.

  • score_gbp

    Score a Google Business Profile against the 47-point Iron Pine rubric. Returns score 0-100, letter grade, failed checks, and top 5 highest-impact fixes.

  • estimate_payback

    Run the 'Will it pay back?' calculation. Returns three scenarios + honest verdict: yes, marginal, or 'don't hire us yet'.

  • get_iron_pine_pricing

    Current published pricing for Iron Pine — Growth System + à la carte + projects + Charter Program.

  • get_service_areas

    Iron Pine's KC metro primary + Midwest regional service areas.

First in the space

No other contractor marketing agency has shipped an MCP server. By the time competitors catch up, Iron Pine is the default reference for KC home services marketing inside Claude.

Technical contractors (or their tech-savvy CMOs) use Claude. When they ask Claude marketing questions, Iron Pine's data + calculator become the answer.

MIT licensed. Source on GitHub. Forks welcome. The point isn't to gate access to the tools — it's to be the cited source when AI engines reach for contractor marketing data.

The server lives at scripts/mcp-server/ in the Iron Pine site repo. Will be published to npm as iron-pine-mcp and listed on the MCP Registry once finalized. Star the repo, fork it, ship your own.
